ASAPP continues to engage on wholesale payment costs and interchange -related issues affecting alternative payment providers, fintech participants, merchants and consumers. The Association’s work in this area is focused on supporting a more transparent, competitive and efficient payments ecosystem, where the cost of accepting and enabling digital payments does not create unnecessary barriers to innovation, merchant participation or financial inclusion.
